Software provider, E-Max Systems, continues to build its status as a major player in the UK ERP software industry with a new Cardiff branch and ambitious targets for 2020.

Cardiff has bidden E-Max Systems “Croeso” (or Welcome for non-Welsh speakers) as the company officially opened its third UK office. Located in Pengam Green, just a few miles east of the city centre, E-Max Systems’ new premises are located within the heart of Cardiff’s manufacturing and engineering community. The close proximity to both the M4 and A48M will also enable excellent access to the west and south of England.

This additional location will give the company the opportunity to better support their clients in Wales, south and west of England, as well as offering a base to further increase awareness of E-Max within companies in these areas.

Jason Pritchard, Sales Director at E-Max Systems, said “E-Max Systems began in a small office in Glasgow, and so we traditionally sourced a significant number of customers from the north of England and Scotland. However, in recognition of the increasing volume of enquiries and sales we are now receiving from manufacturing and engineering companies in the southern half of the UK, we felt it was appropriate to dedicate more attention to this area. We started this process by recruiting an ERP Consultant, Martin Rees, in mid 2019 and now believe that the time is right for us to develop our presence in Wales and the surrounding areas.”

ERP Consultant at E-Max Systems, Martin Rees added, “Having lived and worked in this area for many years, it’s fantastic that E-Max recognises the potential of local companies and wants to help them increase their efficiency and grow. We can’t wait to get involved in the local business community and build on our reputation as the ERP provider of choice for manufacturing and engineering SMEs. We’ve recently joined the South Wales Chamber of Commerce and look forward to engaging with other members, as well as many other local businesses.”

It is an exciting time for E-Max Systems with growth evident in every area of the business in 2019. More new companies than ever before selected E-Max software to manage the critical aspects of their operations. The company’s headcount increased by almost 20% and the scope and capability of their flagship product, E-Max ERP, has been increased with further functionality added in 2019 and more planned for 2020.

Jason Pritchard concluded “Whilst we’ve set ambitious growth targets for 2020, we have the infrastructure in place to support these. I’m confident that our objectives can be achieved, especially with the help of the E-Max Cardiff team and the opportunities the new office location offers.”
