Our E-Max ERP software has been designed by engineers for engineers and incorporates 20 years best practice. E-Max ERP is a ‘whole of business’ software package that enables companies to track an order from initial enquiry through to invoice.

We do not share information on our customers and website visitors with any third parties for marketing purposes. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Visitors to our website
When someone views www.emax-systems.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. - Personal data received from our newsletter registration form – we use this to provide you with further information you have requested on E-Max Systems Ltd and/or our products via our monthly e-newsletter. By providing us with your personal data, you consent to us processing it. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing info@emax-systems.co.uk. We do not rent or sell our email lists to any other company or business.
From other sources
- In cases where we meet individuals face to face, ie at business events, we may request your contact details/business card to provide further information. By providing us with your personal data you consent to us using it.
- Social media – if you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored on that social media platform. We will respond within one week. It will not be shared with any other organizations. If we identify a legitimate interest and can balance it against the individual’s interests, rights and freedoms, we may move the contact details to our secure database.
We also use the above information for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping
- To improve our services and website
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We do this where we identify a legitimate interest. If a legitimate interest is identified, we balance this against the individual’s interests, rights and freedoms.
