Make UK, the manufacturers’ organisation formally known as EEF, champions and celebrates British manufacturers through its work to secure the future growth and development of the UK manufacturing industry. The organisation focuses on creating a supportive environment to allow UK manufacturers to thrive, innovate and compete and provides a platform for UK manufacturers to connect, share, solve problems and create opportunities together.
Make UK represents over 20,000 companies of all sizes across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, engineering and technology. The organisation is now one of the UK’s major business bodies and works to influence policy-making at local, national and international levels. In addition to hosting regional and national meetings, groups, networking events and advisory boards, Make UK also provides a range of business services to its members, offering practical support and advice.
E-Max Systems’ Sales Director, Jason Pritchard, has also been appointed to Make UK’s North East Regional Advisory Board. Commenting on the new membership, Mr Prichard said,
