Positioned for Success: New roles for E-Max team members in 2025

At E-Max, we’re thrilled to announce some exciting changes within our team in 2025. With new roles and responsibilities, our talented team members are ready to bring their expertise and knowledge to the forefront and support our customers in achieving their goals. Here’s a closer look at four outstanding professionals who are taking on new challenges.

Michael Brownless: Customer Success Manager

Since joining E-Max in 2019, Michael Brownless has been instrumental in the success of our ERP projects. As a Project Implementation Specialist, Michael delivered dozens of projects with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting unique business needs. His background in customer service and business analysis has been invaluable in understanding and addressing our customers’ challenges.

As we announced in late 2024, Michael has moved into the role of Customer Success Manager, and is dedicated to ensuring our users maximise the value of E-Max software. On his new role, he said:

“I’m looking forward to building closer relationships with our customers, new and old, to explore how E-Max and I can help them achieve their business objectives via ERP.”

Mike Colman: Sales Manager

Mike Colman’s journey with E-Max has been built on his deep understanding of manufacturing and ERP systems. With over 15 years of experience in CNC operations and stores management, Mike transitioned into the ERP industry in 2020. Since joining E-Max, he has successfully guided numerous customers through ERP implementations, stepping up to the leadership role of Product Delivery Manager in 2022.

After excelling in a secondment as Sales Manager over the past four months, Mike has officially taken on the role permanently. His goal? To leverage his extensive knowledge of project management and implementation to connect with prospective customers and provide tailored ERP solutions. Mike shares his enthusiasm for the role, saying:

“I’m looking to use my knowledge of projects and implementations to understand the needs of prospective customers so we can provide the ideal solution for them. 2025 is already shaping up to be an exciting year!”

Jacob Sankey: Product Delivery Manager

Jacob Sankey brings a wealth of ERP expertise, gained from both end-user and implementation perspectives. Before joining E-Max as an ERP Implementation Consultant in 2021, Jacob managed multiple ERP implementations at GlaxoSmithKline, gaining hands-on experience with projects ranging from small teams to large organisations with hundreds of users.

In his new role as Product Delivery Manager, Jacob leads our Implementations team. He is committed to sharing his knowledge generously with both his colleagues and our customers, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation process. Jacob says:

“I’m keen to bring my experience in ERP projects to the team, ensuring every implementation runs seamlessly. My goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible for our customers while driving excellent results.”

Angus Watt: ERP Product Specialist

Angus Watt has been a valued member of our ERP Support Team since joining E-Max in 2022. His background in IT support and customer service made him a natural problem-solver, tackling complex user issues with ease. When an opportunity arose within our Projects team, Angus’ ambition and expertise made him the perfect fit for the role of ERP Product Specialist. 

In this new position, Angus will collaborate closely with Jacob and the wider team to implement and train users on our cloud-based E-Max ERP software. Angus shares:

“I’m excited to take on this new challenge, working closely with our customers to ensure they have the tools and training they need to succeed. I’ll be bringing my problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for customer engagement to every project.”
