Enhancing E-Max Systems Commitment to Clients with New Customer Success Role

At E-Max Systems, we are constantly evolving to ensure that our clients get the most out of our software. With this in mind, we are excited to announce the creation of a new role within our team: Customer Success Manager. This position will be vital in ensuring our customers achieve the full potential of our software in their business.

The introduction of this role comes as part of our ongoing commitment to provide exceptional service. We understand that our software is not just a tool but an integral part of our clients' day-to-day operations and we believe that having a dedicated team member focused on the success of each customer is critical.

E-Max Operations Director, Fraser Walker, said, “We recognise that the success of our clients is closely tied to the success of E-Max. By appointing a Customer Success Manager, we are taking our customer support up a level, to ensure that our customers are continuously supported and allowing them to leverage the full capabilities of our software to drive their businesses forward.”

We are thrilled to announce that Michael Brownless, currently a Product Specialist at E-Max, has been promoted into this key position. With a solid background in customer relations, and an in-depth understanding of E-Max’s software, Michael is well-positioned to help customers maximise the value of our solutions. During his 5 years with E-Max, Michael has implemented multiple businesses across our desktop and new cloud software solutions, working closely with our clients to resolve their concerns, provide insights, and consistently exceeding expectations. His technical expertise, combined with his deep commitment to customer satisfaction, made him the ideal choice for this new role.

Michael will be working closely with our Product Delivery and Product Support teams, and will be a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams.
